I lead engineering teams building products at the intersection of large language models, developer tooling, and human-centred design. My focus is on shipping things that matter — fast iteration, clear ownership, and systems that scale with the team.

Before moving into management I spent years as a full-stack engineer, which means I still care deeply about code quality, architecture decisions, and making sure engineers have the space to do their best work.

I'm currently exploring how Gen AI changes the craft of software development and what new organisations need to look like to take advantage of it.
